JRS Global, to meet its shipping, and delivery requirements primarily
use the services of Canada Post and FedEx. If the shipping destination is outside
of Canada and the USA, there may be additional customs and brokerage
charges. These charges do not pertain to the Company and would be handled
by the carrier who will handle the final delivery. In addition, we also use
multiple carriers for LTL freight shipments. Please note that there are
restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations.
The Company will ship on business days, Monday - Friday, which excludes national
holidays. Your order may take from 3 to 5 business days to ship from our
office. The delivery time would depend upon the carrier chosen to make the
transport and its defined terms and conditions. If there is a longer waiting
time for shipping and delivery such as orders requiring assembly or
international orders, the client will be informed of the same. The Company should
reserve the right to take more time when ensuring that your custom order /
shipment meets all your expectations and is everything you hoped it would be.
We rely on third-party shipping partners to get your order to your
doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always
available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details
will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send
you.
The Company reserves the right to bill the customer for additional fees
imposed by a freight carrier that has been incurred by the Company in
conjunction with delivering the product to you. These additional fees may include
extended area surcharge, address change or correction while in transit,
oversize box surcharge, shipment intercept, hold for pickup at a terminal and any
other unprecedented charges billed to the Company by a freight carrier.
Import duties and brokerage fees for international shipments are also the sole responsibility of the customer.
